For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Manual QC Engineer, to work in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. You will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences can or will be part of the job. Therefore English training courses are provided to improve English communication skills.

Your responsibilities
• Provides oversight and input to all aspects of quality assurance including applying industry best practices (strategy, process, etc.), developing new testing solutions and methods, and establishing metrics.
• Test Management: Ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools using techniques such as White box, Grey Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail, API-Testing, Performance Testing, Data-Quality and automation. Seeks to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction, Monitoring and Preventions).
• Process Management: including definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting, training and education on QA/QC processes and tools. Providing continuous review and recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting/dash-boarding and QA/QC.
• Customers/Product supports: Define project requirements, user stories and deliverables based on scope.
Job requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience within the QA/QC specialty.
• At least a year with Automation Testing (Web Testing, Mobile Testing or API Testing)
• Strong Software Testing and Management knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• IT background strongly preferred.
• Strong English skills.
