The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying AI chatbots capable of handling a wide range of user inquiries before escalating to a human assistant. Your role will be crucial in training the chatbot to understand and respond to user questions swiftly and effectively, ensuring a seamless user experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-powered chatbot solutions to assist users.
• Train the chatbot to understand and respond accurately to user inquiries based on a comprehensive knowledge base. 
• Structure and design prompt engineering to enhance the AI model's understanding and interpretation of user instructions. 
• Ensure the chatbot interactions are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Integrate the chatbot with OpenAI GPT and other relevant AI models to improve response accuracy and efficiency 
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create an engaging and easy-to-navigate user interface for the chatbot.
