As the company expands into more markets across the region, we are looking for Technical Support to join the business Technology Operations team. The candidate is responsible for working on operations, and support tickets
- Assisting partners and customers with technical support inquiries by responding to tickets promptly.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and deploying VoIP equipment such as SBC, IP-PBX, and SIP Trunk.
- Working with Hardware Providers to test and ensure their products comply with us.
- Working with Telco partners to launch the SIP Trunk.
- Opportunities to work on core product development, integration development, and other project implementation.
Job Requirement
- Must have
- Requires good knowledge of networking fields such as TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, LAN/VLAN, MAC address, Firewall, NAT, IPv4, IPv6, Switching/Routing, as well as Router/Switch/Firewall configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Traffic/Log Analysis tools like Wireshark, Traceroute, and HOMER are necessary.
- Understanding of release management process and support process of the application development
- Can-do attitude, and high responsibility.
- Good command of English (4 skills)
- Nice to have
- Experience QA procedure is a plus
- Having a CCNA certifications is a plus
- Having VoIP knowledge is a plus
