Overview of job
- Work with Product Managers to gather / clarify requirements and business goals and build initial wireframe
- Build technical specification documents, to meet business and user requirements, and keep product and process documentation up to date.
- Works with the Technical teams to understand technical approach.
- Assist to make the communication & information transparent between team members.
- Writes the Jira tasks and works with the Dev team to come up with estimations.
- Assigns complete and estimated tasks to Project Manager for project timeline planning.
- Creates and updates product and process documentation.
- Carry out and monitor features from the beginning of the implementation until the features is trained and handled over to support team
Job Requirement
- At least 3-4+ years’ experience in the position
- Good at documentation and writing skills, confident presenter
- Ability to work successfully in a global team environment
- Familiar with agile software development processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma)
- Excellent working attitude, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Communicate in English fluently
