Job description

Overview of job

  • Manage and support SCCM and Intune for endpoint management.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot software, OS updates, and patches.
  • Provide end-user support for device and software issues.
  • Configure security and compliance policies in Intune.
  • Integrate SCCM with Active Directory and other IT systems.
  • Monitor system health and compliance status.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve device management issues.
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Document processes and stay updated on SCCM/Intune features.

Job Requirement

  • A bachelor’s degree in Networking/Information Technology or equivalent ( Fresher is accepted)
  • Have Knowleged of of SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or other endpoint management tools.
  • Familiarity with deploying software applications, updates, and OS management.
  • Have knowledge of security policies, compliance rules, and device management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software and deployment issues.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to work with Japan time (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
