Overview of job
As a Senior Camunda Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated workflows using Camunda 8 (both Cloud and Self-Managed versions). You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into highly effective BPMN, DMN, and CMMN models.

Job Requirement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with proven expertise in Camunda workflow development and process automation, particularly with Camunda 8 (Cloud and Self-Managed).
- Expertise in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN for business process modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Zeebe workflow engine and the configuration/deployment of workflows.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration with external systems.
- Experience in integrating with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with security best practices and governance policies in the context of BPM implementations.
- Strong problem-solving and optimization skills, with a focus on improving process efficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to document technical designs, configurations, and process models clearly and comprehensively.
- English proficiency is a plus, as the role may involve working with international teams and documentation in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
