• You have previous experience with leading/mentoring/coaching an Agile team
• Good communication in English
• Ideally have back-end development background (such as Java, Spring, Kubernetes, Docker, K8S) 
• Hands-on people management & technical leadership (ideally lead team of 8-10 members) 
• Experience in integration for finance/banking products 
• You are ready to put your hands on to solve the problem
• You have a thorough understanding and appreciation for the Agile values and principles
• You’re comfortable around people, and your domain expertise coexists with your strong ability to negotiate, influence, and provide feedback
• You prefer trusting people and empowerment over micro-management
• You seek continual improvement - Constantly learning to grow your expertise, yourself, and your team.
• Attitude of transparency – Desire and aptitude to bring disclosure and to grow trust between the business and IT
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• Preferably 5+ years in a software development environment preferably involving cross-team dependencies
