• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Motivating team members and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns..
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Excellent knowledge of microservice architecture & database architecture and optimization.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead/Head of Engineering or a similar leadership role.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development, have experience to build process for team, git process, devops process, development process...
• Have experience "Product Engineering" mindset (managing tasks, requirement. production, schedule release-golive, rollback...)
• Have experience with application development (back-end, front-end, mobile),  preference will be given to candidates's experience. Backend: NodeJS, Express, Nestjs, Mysql, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Message Queue... - Front-end:  React.JS, Vue.JS, Angular, Javascript, HTML, CSS...- Mobile: Fullter, Swift, Kotline...- Devops: Linux, K8s, Docker, Jenkin, Rancher...
• Build robust back-end code but can also design sleek front-end UI
• Familiar with Git, Gitlab server administration, CICD integration.
• Discipline: Personal discipline: being to work on time. Take the work seriously. Don’t take the company’s time for personal use. - Team discipline: Maintain discipline for the team. Remind and enforce discipline among team members. - Target discipline: Take target seriously and stay disciplined to achieve the target
• Experience building and managing a tech team
• Know how to evaluate a good engineer/developer
• Effective distribution of work to team members, effective encouragement, and push the team to achieve the target.
• Strong communication skills, soft skill.
