Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain and E-commerce to join our team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing our operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Supply chain and E-commerce processes, and the ability to manage and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and Optimization:

• Conduct detailed analysis of Supply chain and E-commerce processes
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance Supply chain and E-commerce operations

2. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of business analysts
• Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including procurement, warehouse management, logistics, E-commerce, and finance teams
• Gather requirements, develop business cases, and translate them into functional specifications
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus and decision-making

4. Reporting and Documentation:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor Supply chain and E-commerce performance
• Prepare detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and system requirements
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

5. Project Management:

• Lead and participate in related projects from inception to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and resolve issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the supply chain and/or E-commerce domain
• Proven experience in managing and leading a small team
• Strong background in process analysis, improvement, and optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in supply chain and eCommerce management software and tools (e.g., Odoo, WMS system…)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong project management skills, with PMP or similar certification being a plus
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
