Keeping our Banking Apps and eco-system alive and well for our 15 million (& growing!) customers is critical for a great Customer Experience … but things happen. We’re looking for a senior technologist with a strong understand of Incident, Problem and Change Management to help us prevent incidents from impacting our Customers. Your role as a senior technologist will require a calm and firm head for the times when incidents do occur.

You will be required to help us shape and improve the Incident, Problem and Change Management domain to achieve better uptime outcomes. We’re operate Banks in South Africa and the Philippines, with our primary Product & Engineering Hub in Vietnam. You will be required to travel to South Africa, Philippines and spend a significant amount of time in Vietnam (HCMC). The ideal person will live in one of our operating countries, or be open to relocate to Vietnam for a period. Good spoken and written English is critical.

We’re NOT after a traditional ITSM / ITIL person, we’re after modern thinker to us build / grow a lean, mean incident, change and problem management domain for the benefit of our Customer.

  • Performance bonus up to 2 months

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Forward-thinking professional with a modern approach to ITSM practice
  • Ability to design and grow a lean, efficient change management & incident management framework
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with contemporary tech stack including AWS, Datadog, and Atlassian suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to work across different cultural contexts
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms, core banking systems, and API-driven architectures.
