Overview of job
- Ensure any integration functional, system compliance, security requirements.
- Release requirements to production.
- Make, define SLA, OLA agreement.
- Provide L2 support on production.
- Supervise the production in support business operations.
- Resolve issues/incident/problem within a timely manner against SLA requirements
- Improve outage response by aligning with customers service initiatives.
- Compile and maintain inventory of software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements.
- Confirm operation documents and scripts delivered by partners
Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience
2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần có/ Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Operating experience with docker/container platform like Openshift Container Platform or similarly.
- Operating experience with API management platform like WSO2 or similarly.
- Operating experience with logging and monitoring system like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic search, Logstash.
- Experience working with Redhat, Linux, AIX.
- Experience working with MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
- Operating experience with message queue system like Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similarly.
